Rainbow Waters

Rainbow Waters is a study of form and color. These images were taken in Prague during a visit to the Czech Republic. While they could have been photographed anywhere, their spontaneity represents the unpredictable nature of art, and the pleasant surprises that arise from it. Although these images were captured digitally, they imitate photograms and dye transfer prints, two important processes of my earlier work. Their organic shapes, minimal detail, and saturated color produce surreal imagery, emphasizing the beauty and innocence that can be found in the ordinary moments of life.
